In your iPhone's Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ToolProof. Cancelling never deletes anything: your first 5 tools stay fully usable, the rest are locked until you come back to Pro, and you can export every tool (backup file, spreadsheet or PDF) any time, even after cancelling.
